Travel Obsessions…

I always get on a crazy kick whenever I travel on a few different snacks or products I am using. So far this Fall There are three particular categories of products I am OBSESSED with! Here they are:

  • My Dry Shampoo:
I took Susan’s advice from this blog and bought, not your mother’s dry shampoo. I was able to find the travel size at Ulta. And you all… I AM OBSESSED! It goes on so light and gives you instant body. I went six days last week without washing my hair! Which saved me SO much time and SLEEP! It has relatively no smell and unlike other dry shampoos you can instantly run your fingers through it. I felt like my hair just kept looking better and better! I almost did not want to wash it! I am going to have to restock soon because my can is running low!
  • Snacks: So one tough part about this month is eating… and eating healthy. Because the schedule is so unpredictable and you just never know if you will have enough time for a meal, some people tend to hoard snacks… ok, so I tend to hoard snacks. Right now if you looked in my travel bag you would find – four pieces of Fruit Leather, this is my midnight snack I eat on a plane when all I really want is chocolate. I also have a bag of organic raw cashews which are so delicious and perfect for when you just want a little something. I also discovered coconut chips! Now if you are not used to eating clean foods, I would not recommend these. They taste a little weird, but you can feel the coconut oil in them whenever you bite down. It is a great way to get some healthy fats in your life that help with your skin!
  • My Makeup: So when I went to the Nordstrom Sale in July I visited my beloved friend IMG_3611Stephanie who has been helping me with makeup for the past few years. She hooked me up with some new stuff I am obsessed with. TREND ALERT: I have noticed a lot of nude lips lately. I think they are going to be HOT for Fall. Nude or almost bronze/copper lips. I bought some Tom Ford Lip color in Spanish Pink (same color Taylor Swift uses) And it is perfect for my travel season… Don’t worry, I still wear red on a big stage! She also suggested an awesome eye color palette I am lusting over called Honeymoon. It looks so dark it almost scares me but the colors look amazing once they are on. Apparently it was the fastest selling palette of eye colors for Tom Ford this year and it is almost impossible to get your hands on. Finally, I am in love with my new bronzer kit, moonlight, Stephanie got me. I feel like every time I take a picture I look at it and think… Who is that?

I am sure more travel obsessions will pop up along the way! I also hope you all enjoy my tips!Map
